Methodist Physicians Clinic Orthopedics is joining MD West ONE effective March 1, 2020.

We are excited to announce that the physicians of Methodist Physicians Clinic Orthopedics will soon be joining MD West ONE, resulting in one of the largest teams of orthopedic, neurosurgery and spine specialists in the region. The new partnership takes effect on March 1, 2020. New and existing patients will benefit from this partnership as both groups collaborate to provide an extensive network of subspecialized care under one versatile entity.

Do patients have access to Urgent Care locations?

In conjunction with the partnership, Methodist HealthWest will also become home to a new orthopedic Urgent Care location to provide emergent orthopedic care when needed.

Where will I have my surgery?

Surgical services to patients will be available at Methodist Hospital, Methodist HealthWest, Methodist Fremont Health, Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital and Midwest Surgical Hospital.

How will this impact my insurance plan?

Insurance coverage should continue as is, with both groups accepting most insurance plans available in the Omaha market.
