Physician Assistant to Dr. Keith R. Lodhia

Keith DeFini, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant specializing in Neurosurgery with Dr. Keith R. Lodhia at MD West ONE, formerly Midwest Neurosurgery. He completed his Physician Assistant training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2001.

Keith's background in sports is what inspired his journey into medicine. He enjoys the problem-solving and provider-patient care perspective of medicine. After graduating, Keith started his career in orthopedics, practiced for 15 years. Afterward, he joined our practice at MD West One, formerly Midwest Neurosurgery, and began working alongside Dr. Keith Lodhia, Neurosurgery & Spine Specialist. He has been practicing with Dr. Lodhia for six years now.

When Keith is not providing patient care, he enjoys spending time with his family and being involved at this local church.
