MD West ONE Now Offers Telehealth
We invite you to use our newly implemented Telehealth system for your next appointment!
Telehealth visits could include:
- New patient visits
- Post-operative follow-up visits
- Visits to review MRI and CT results
- Visits to check progress or response to a treatment.
If you've made a Telehealth appointment with MD West ONE, please follow the instructions below to get set-up for your visit.
If you have not made a Telehealth appointment and wish to do so, please call us at (402) 390-4111.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak in our community, we are shifting many of our appointments to Telehealth for the time being. During this kind of appointment, you will get to speak with a medical provider over an application that works a lot like FaceTime or Skype.
Telehealth Instructions for Patients

Step 1. Open Email
Open the email that you received regarding your new telehealth scheduled appointment.
Step 2. Copy Password
Copy the password that you received in the email to use when prompted when logging into the OrthoLive App.
Step 3. Click Link to Download App
Click on the link that applies to your mobile device to download the OrthoLive App.
Step 4. Open App
After you have installed the OrthoLive App, click on the open button to launch.
Step 5. Enter Username and Temporary Password
Use your email address as your username and paste the temporary password that you copied from your email.
Step 6. Setting Password
Please change your password using the criteria listed:
1 - Upper case character
1 - Special character
1 - Lower case character
1 - Number
Step 7 - Click on "Waiting Room"
2 Minutes before your appointment click on waiting room
Step 8 - Agree to Consent Form
When shown the consent form, check all boxes and click "Agree"
Step 9 - Wait for Provider in Virtual Waiting Room
Your video conference is now in waiting and your provider will arrive shortly.

With MD West ONE's Telehealth appointments, you can visit your doctor in the comfort of your own home. Telehealth gives you simplified access to your providers while eliminating your travel time to our clinic. It's also crucial our community maintains social distancing to reduce the risk of exposure and spread of COVID-19.
The visit is billed to your insurance and coverage is the same as if you were in the office for an in-person visit.

It is estimated that over 80% of initial injuries can be diagnosed over telehealth.
Your provider can order testing such as MRI, CT, Electrodiagnostic studies (EMG/NCS) and X-rays. Treatment can be ordered such as injections, physical or hand therapy, prescription medications and bracing.
