Our clinic is following CDC recommendations to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. - Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
If you are experiencing any of the symptoms above, please call us at (402) 390-4111 to reschedule your appointment. If you need someone to accompany you to your appointment, we ask that you limit it to one person. We thank you for your honesty and help in keeping our office safe.
We ask that all visitors to our facility wear a surgical mask while they are on site. Surgical masks will be provided to guests free of charge as needed. Fabric masks will not be permitted.
