Super friendly and just a fun atmosphere all around. Dr McCarthy has been one of my favorites for years. Remembered my name and what I do from the last time I saw him 7 years ago. He performed a hand and shoulder surgery on my back in 2011 that I haven't had issues with since. Super staff and awesome Dr.

I went to this clinic and the moment I walked in my wonderful experience started. The receptionist was just perfect in helpfulness, and in friendliness. I was taken to a room and the nurse was so polite and caring listening to me carefully. The PA came in, again, doing a careful exam and listening attentively to my predicament. He went checking for exrays, CT scans, and surgical notes. My wait time to see the Dr.was quick. He came in addressed my problem and gave me a solution I didn't think would happen. I am so glad I chose this location.

I've had brain surgery with doctor Steven Dorn and his nurse Julie and their assistant Lynn is wonderful. I have been going to them since before 2012 when I had my brightness stimulator implanted. I've had a few surgeries with him since then and this group is wonderful. They are Christian they are sensitive they are just absolutely God send and I thank God for them. I love thank you guys for everything that you have done for me. You guys have saved my life

The Dr's. have always shared my xrays with me and showed me exactly what they are talking about. They always have given me the least invasive option to the to the that may involve surgery. Dr's. run through all pros and cons and make sure I understand this my decision to make. I have recommended the clinic to several others.

I have rarely experienced the smooth and friendly service that I get at this medical office. Such a perfect balance between professionalism and personability! They are efficient, but I don’t feel like I’m a cog in a wheel. The doctor always has time to answer my questions. All around, a very comfortable, satisfying experience as a patient.

In on time. Really know their stuff and do an excellent job of explaining things in a very friendly relaxed manner. They did a wonderful job with my surgery a couple years ago. Really trust them.

With the exception of the patient registrar I would rate the visit a 10. Dr Otterberg was cordial and professional, as usual and I was in and out in an efficient amount of time. I had to greet the registrar who did not even look up at me and was very robotic in her manner as if she were too busy to bother with me. I would rate her a 3 and that's generous. I was a registrar before I retired and I would never treat a patient as she did.

Dr. McCarthy and his staff are professional and personable. Patient care includes education and addresses patient needs, questions and concerns. I would recommend Dr. McCarthy to anyone who is looking for a team approach to their health care needs.

From the beginning, the doctor and all the personnel were willing to help. Very professional. I had a neck surgery. From day 1, I feel very well. The recovery was better than I expected. I would highly recommend this team

The only downside was the wait—I waited almost an hour to be seen. The rest of the visit was great. Staff friendly, doctor explained things very well.

Was referred to MD West one from another clinic where I was seen for my hip. I was able to get in right away and was seen by PA Julie and Dr Doran . I really liked them both. Julie took time to listen to my complaints and found cause and the same for Dr Doran. I’ve been to several doctors to try to find the cause of my pain, Vein specialist and hip specialist but I think I may finally get the relief and solution to my issues. I would recommend them both

The nurse was superb. He was so happy and so cheerful. He really made my day better. Dr Miller was, as always, wonderful. Thank you all for a great visit.

As always no issues. Had to wait a just a little longer than usual but my doctor was on call so perfectly understandable and not considered a problem. Check in, Dr., Xray tech and nurses great as always.

I've had a great experience md west one . Dr Phillips did a total knee replacement july 22 sow him today released me to return to work. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend md west one

The care is great beyond great. Kathy gave me the most thorough evaluation of my condition, the history, and my specific experience with my foot and ankle condition. Megan, was very pleasant and professional with her X-ray photos. Dr McMullen and Kathy were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and listened carefully to my concerns and questions. I’m extremely grateful and thankful that I have care available here and across the entire city. MD West One deserves multiple Michelin Stars. Don’t go anywhere else.

Jess has such a passion to help her patients that is hard to find in healthcare. I came to the realization today that I had given up. MD West One is amazing, I found out that I needed a new knee and have been getting injection here for year tell I'm ready to do surgery. Everyone is amazing at the offices, never had any issues getting in. Every interaction has been a pleasant one.

I've been here several times for different issues. Dr. Bowdino, his PA....Charlie and his nurse Cala are excellent, thorough and friendly. It's like coming home.

The professional staff didn’t make me feel rushed. They answered all of my questions which included questions l wouldn’t have thought to ask. I was told there are four different ways to perform what I needed and they told me it was my choice not the surgeon’s This is where I want to get my hip replaced.

I was having mobility issues this day but they had wheelchairs available for my use. The check in staff was fabulous and made me feel welcome. Doctor wanted a new X-ray of my leg and that was done quickly and with care for my comfort. Dr Mantone spent time with me and showed concern about my current issues. Wonderful experience.

Chris has a great bedside manner & very friendly. He was very informative about my condition. His nurse is very friendly & understanding when it came to me giving her my list of medications she was wonderful. The ladies up front in the check-in area were very friendly also. All in all the whole group was professional & pleasant. I enjoyed coming there.

Best experience I've had in a long time concerning my spine issues I was born with. All of their staff from the front desk, radiology, nurse, PA, and the neurologist were very friendly, informative, and made sure all my questions were answered. I would recommend going if you have any issues with your back/spine.

Those helping me were very professional. Dr O'Malley was great, personable and kind. I trust him and his recommendations. This was my second visit. The first visit was the same except for the receptionist in the second window. I felt ignored while standing waiting for her to acknowledge me. And she was rude when she finally looked at me. So my first impression wasn't good but the rest of the visit went well.

10. Dr Rosipal is the best ortho doc in the region. I trust him more than any other physician I see for anything. His staff is great too. I would not even consider going to another physician unless he recommended me to do so. Shoulder injection at 930 AM. 120 PM and already some improvement.

Dr. Inda and his PA are great. I had Plantar fasciitis for 5 months and then stress a stress fracture on the top of my foot that is trying to heal. They showed me the X-rays, spent time answering my questions. Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant. Thank you
